Welcome to our spacious 3,500 sq ft hacienda, the perfect retreat for relaxation, privacy, and time in nature. The home features a large, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for guests who enjoy cooking, though many prefer to simply unwind and let us help take care of the details of their stay.

As you step inside, you’ll find beautifully crafted heavy wood furniture and a cozy indoor fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious deck is ideal for early-morning yoga, followed by a refreshing plunge in the large pool, which can be accessed directly from the main deck, the master bedroom, or even the master bathroom. While we’ve worked hard to maintain the pool, please note that there are some cosmetic stains—these have been regularly repaired and pose no health risk.

Indulge in the luxurious master bathroom, complete with a soothing Jacuzzi. Although the house is fully air-conditioned, we encourage you to open the windows in the evening and enjoy the delightful jungle breeze.

For relaxation, we can arrange private massages at the property, and we’re also happy to help coordinate meals or private chef services upon request if desired. Simply let us know what you’d like to experience, and we’ll help tailor your stay.

Gizmo and Luna, our friendly resident dogs, may greet you upon arrival, adding to the homey feel of your stay. We also provide handmade soaps, fresh fruits, coffee, and drinking water to enhance your experience. For those seeking tranquility, enjoy yoga on the porch with breathtaking views of the Guatemalan mountaintops.
